Zense
Timeline: 3 Weeks, May 2022
Zense is an open-source music therapy device designed during an exchange program at San Francisco State University. Utilizing an Arduino kit and readily available electronics, Zense offers an affordable and accessible solution for therapeutic music experiences. Zense fosters collaboration and innovation in the music therapy community. It requires no musical training and can be modified to suit the user’s needs.
Problem Area
:
Music Therapy has been proven to help reduce the severity of hyperacusis, but conventional music therapy equipment can contribute to overstimulation which can be especially hard for people with hyperacusis.
Brief
:
Design and develop a music therapy tool that does not require prior musical training and that can be modified to suit the needs of the patient.



Neomateria
Timeline: 3 days, Nov, 2023
Delivered by Materfad, Barcelona Materials Center, the Consortium for Trade, Crafts and Fashion of Catalonia CCAM (Barcelona) and Creative Futures Academy at NCAD, “Neomateria” consisted of workshops and a talk exploring bio-materials.
Sweep
Timeline: 6 Weeks, Apr-May, 2022
Sweep’ is a CNC cut chair modelled in Solidworks. The paths used to cut out the chair pieces were developed in Fusion 360. The chair was designed to have a kerf bent Seat. Sweep was constructed as part of my exchange programme at SFSU.
